In two years

The context

Renault Digital is a joint venture between Renault Group and the Boston Consulting Group, created to drive the company's digital transformation.

Recruited by BCG, I joined in the first weeks to lead UX and UI Design on PANDA, the internal platform that monitors and analyzes all strategic projects across the organization.

The problem: all the project data at Renault was scattered across hundreds of Excel files, PDFs and PowerPoints. Different teams, different formats, no single source of truth. PANDA had to unify everything into one platform, serving Top Management, Product Owners, Controllers and HR across 19 countries.

A closer look: the Digital Performance Dashboard

The Performance Dashboard was the most critical page. Controllers used it daily to track financials across all Renault Digital projects. The MVP showed too few projects at once, and finding specific data was slow.

I proposed 7 UX improvements in workshops, tested them with the core users, and shipped 3. One solution I pushed for was discarded after user interviews proved it wrong. That's the process working.

Display density

Three display options to fit more projects on screen. Controllers who manage 50+ projects no longer need to scroll endlessly.

Added searchable columns so Controllers can find any project instantly, instead of scrolling through hundreds of rows.

Customize display

Users can now choose which columns to show or hide. Each role sees only the data that matters to them.

The Visual Foundations

Built a complete UI kit from scratch: form elements, buttons, navigation, tables, typography. Validated by the Head of Design, it became the visual reference for other Renault Digital products.
