CONTEXT
In Agorapulse, as a Head of Design,
I was in charge of the Product Design Department,
revamping the product and creating from scratch the UX processes and Team.
I was also in charge of the Brand Design.
During my three years there, I have completely revamped the Visual identity of Agorapulse.
From the Marketing website, to the totality of assets used to communicate accross all mediums. Here is how it went.
If you also want to hear about it, I talk about the rebranding of Agorapulse in
the Design Journey podcast, starting at 01:02:57
I. The Website
At the time, Agorapulse has a very generic looking SaaS website. Outdated Interface, no clear branding or identity, poor quality illustrations...
Objective of the revamp:
Attract better leads
Current website does not reflect a qualitative aspect
Below his competitors in terms of perceived quality and value
FIRST STEP: RESEARCH
Better Perceived Value
A more premium feeling
Use of 3D animations
Show more of the product and features being used
SECOND STEP: GET THE IDEAS
Visual metaphors of what the features bring to users
The first ideas:
Not bad. But we need uniformity on those visual metaphors.
At the time, Agorapulse, it's four main features.
The Publishing, the Reports, the Inbox and the Listening.
Four features...
Four colours, one for each feature...
Four characters.
The storyboards
We have our scenarios. Let's focus on the characters:
We got our four characters, four visual metaphors of the product features!
Now let's create animations.

II. The Branding Assets
Along with this new website, and thus identity, the branding of Agorapulse needs to be homogenous on every platforms and assets, and be of equal quality of the new website.
We can't have a brand new design on the website and keep communicating with outdated assets not matching our new identity.
Along with working on the website revamp, I redesign the totality of branding assets used by Agorapulse, everywhere.
Social Media posts, blog posts, logo refreshing / new logos, website and product loaders, podcasts thumbnails, ads, Instagram grid posts design, youtube covers, even some illustrations I drew myself... absolutely everything.
A few examples:
I've created brand + web guidelines to be used by Brand Designers in Agorapulse, along with a huge library of template assets
To conclude, in the span of 3 years, I:
⭢ created a whole new brand identity for Agorapulse
⭢ revamped the marketing website according to our new identity
⭢ created hundreds of assets spread across all communication channels of the company
⭢ crafted templates to be reused by the Brand Designers in the years to come
⭢ overseen the assets delivery of several Brand Designers scattered across the world for this new Branding.
